Harvest comes early to the Tohoku area of northeastern Japan. By October the golden fields have been cut, and the rice is hung from racks or stacked in sheaves to dry in the warm rays of autumn sun. After the long, strenuous days of harvesting, it is the time for relaxing and thanksgiving. The delicious flavor of freshly harvested brown rice gives Mitoku Harvest Moon Crackers their unique, unmatched taste. Slowly and carefully baked three times to ensure their light, crunchy texture, they are then lightly dipped in naturally brewed shoyu. Rich in taste, hearty and satisfying, Harvest Moon Crackers are the finest crackers in Japan.

Ingredients: whole brown rice, naturally brewed shoyu (soy sauce), and black sesame seeds.
