Akitakomatchi is a classic Japanese short grain rice grown especially for Sushi rice. It is truly superb in traditional Sushi rolls, salads, and other Asian dishes
The Lundberg brothers are the organic rice pioneers in America. All their rice is hulled on their farm using a high-tech Japanese rubber rolling huller which does not scratch the grain. The Lundberg Farm is located in Butte County, California, which is known throughout the world as a premier rice growing area.
