This completely unique food is made from the natural gluten (protein) of whole wheat kneaded and washed to remove the starchy carbohydrates. It is then cooked down slowly and seasoned with natural soy sauce, shiitake, kombu and ginger.
Ingredients: natural gluten from whole wheat flour, onion, kombu powder, shiitake mushroom powder, ginger, natural tamari shoyu, and toasted sesame oil.
