The Atlas Regina ia a manual pasta making machine designed for extruding pasta and comes with 5 interchangeable dies for producing Rigatoni, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini, Bucatini and Fusilli. The machine is made entirely of food grade plastic. The handle and locking clamp are made of chrome-plated steel and shockproof plastic. The dies are made of food grade platic and chrome-plated steel.
