A versatile, zesty seasoning, Mitoku Traditional Umeboshi Vinegar adds refreshing flavor and goodness to many foods. Use it to liven up salad dressings, cooked vegetable (especially cabbage and cauliflower), tangy greens, corn-on-the cob, etc.
