Our Chestnut Flour is ground fresh weekly and is made from our chestnuts which are grown in a small chestnut grove which is in the heart of the Great Columbia River Basin where almost anything grows with our fresh and abundant water supply. They are in the desert area of central Washington, which was reclaimed for agriculture by the construction of the Grand Coulee Dam and establishment of a massive irrigation network in the 1950's to irrigate nearly 500,000 acres.
