These sessions are for those who want help and inspiration with their macrobiotic practice. This is an opportunity to get your questions answered on almost any topic. Once you purchase your one hour session with Melanie, you will receive an email back where you will be able to schedule the best time for your session along with the phone number to use for it. Sometimes more time than just the initial hour that you have booked with Melanie may be helpful and this can be purchased during your coaching session in blocks of 15 minutes for $37.50

You can choose how you wish to spend your hour such as; a practical explanation of different foods and their benefits, raising and feeding children, what to expect when healing, exercise, travel, coaching for all areas of your life, menu planning, tips on setting up the kitchen, making macrobiotics work for you, setting goals, satisfying cravings, emotional reactions to change and new foods. This session includes setting up a food diary, which can be used for ongoing support. After the initial phone call, clients may correspond by email.

I am a mother. I have given birth to seven fantastic children, 5 girls and 2 boys and I am alive to tell the tale!! They now range in age from 20 to 8. We have a lively and active family life. Our house is full of people at all times of the day. We have the usual family dramas, the tears and the laughter. My children are strong, healthy and self motivated. They give each other a great deal of love and support whether it is with personal difficulties or helping with homework. Many people cannot believe I have had seven children. I do explain to them that they didn't all come at once. That would have been a challenge. I love being a mother and I love having a big family. I wouldn't want it any other way.

In the early 80’s, I began my studies in the Healing Arts and went on to specialize in writing, macrobiotic cooking, shiatsu massage and feng shui. From those early days until now my life has been enriched with experiences. I have lived in three countries and worked with students and clients from all over the world. I have loads of energy and a youthful outlook on life. I love helping others and I sincerely feel that I would be a very different person if I hadn’t changed my lifestyle all those years ago. I think healthy living has given me the ability to see the world with a sense of joy, wonder and excitement.
