Makes very good home made TOFU. I also put an 1/16 of an oz. to a liter bottle of drinking water along with a 1/32 oz. of Arm & Hammer baking soda. Tastes great. Make sure that when you open the bags that you have handy an air tight glass container to put it in. (glass, rubber seal, metal clamp) It will absorb water out of the air very quickly (5 to 10 minutes)and start to turn to liquid. |
