| These are great size for dropping in your tea cup. I use them with my twig tea and sometimes just eat them alone. The outer shell is too hard for me but I crack them open in my mouth and eat the inner seed which is soft. The description says it comes in a 5.3 oz "glass jar" but unfortunately it comes in plastic. I would have preferred it in glass so that's why I gave it a 4. | ||||
