The authentic krauthobel. This Old World utensil with the sliding box is traditionally used for slaw and kraut, a great tool to use with your Harsch Fermenting pot or stoneware crock as it takes away the difficulty of shredding the cabbage for your pickling recipes.

The cabbage slicer features a back and forth sliding box,. A whole, half or quarter head of cabbage may be placed in the box for slicing.

It measures  9  inches wide by 23.6 inches long and has 3 stainless steel blades.
