small, oblong-shaped-seeds, brown or golden brown in color, that have a nutty,
unassuming flavor. These hard little seeds provide such a plethora of natural

Due to the fact
that flax seeds are very light in weight and are protected by a tough exterior
coat, an electric mill such as this, with a delicate ceramic mechanism, grinding
at extremely high RPMs, produces the optimum result.
